Let Brandico take the hassle out of managing your property. 1) Monthly Rent Bills We will send out monthly rent bills to your tenants customized with your name. We can deposit the collected rent checks made payable to you into your account. Simply furnish us your bank deposit slips and an endorsement stamp. Or, if your prefer, you can pick up the rent checks at our offices. 2) Lease Preparation/Renewal We carefully screen and process new lease applicants handling all the related paperwork and forms. We will mail out your lease renewals in a timely way by certified mail and provide proof of service along with needed follow-up activity. 3) Late Rent Reminders We will process and send out late notices by the 10th of the month or a date you determine. We will also charge the necessary late fees and follow up with phone calls to tenants. 4) Initiate Eviction Proceedings For tenants who are in arrears we will begin eviction proceedings with your approval. We have attorneys in all five boroughs specializing in landlord/tenant cases. You pay the attorney directly. |
5) Annual DHCR Registrations Whether your property is rent stablized or exempt, we can prepare all the necessary registration forms for filing with the NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal. 6) Tenant Calls Let our trained and professional staff handle your tenant calls. Whether they are rent-related or service and repair issues, each call is handled in a pro- fessional and courteous manner. We can also forward service and repair calls to your designated vendors or to our own list of certified service contractors. 7) Computerized Reports Brandico Realty Group supplies you with a complete paper trail of all related property management activities. From rent deposit slips, copies of rent checks, repair calls and rent status reports, we provide you with timely and accurate reporting.
