Currently, Brandico services over a dozen landlords with it's tailored management package totaling approxi- mately 300 units. Shirley Tripicco,
President of Brandico Realty Group, Inc., a real estate and management company specializing in managing small and privately owned properties in the New York City area, began her real estate career in 1984, handling all facets of management administration for Rosenberg-Diamond Development Corporation. In 1990, she held a unique position as a consultant liaison to the Tenants Association, the Owners/Ansonia Associates and the management company, Brown, Harris, Stevens of the landmark building known as The Ansonia located in Manhattan. Ms. Tripicco was able to resolve major issues that were unsolvable during their ten year legal battle and rent strike. Ms. Tripicco has acquired vast know- ledge pertaining to rent stabilization issues and Division of Housing and Community Renewal rules and regula- tions which adds to her knowledge of real estate management related issues.
